You rent out your property to family, friends, coworkers, or advertise in local newspapers, in your home, around you, in your city.

Your customers leave for Khao Lak (example: +/- 500 €/person round trip from Frankfurt/Düsseldorf/Munich to Phuket) or Brussels to Phuket, and there we take matters into our own hands; transport from Phuket airport to your home, check-in and presentation of places and surroundings, excursions to discover. It is à la carte and depending on each person.

At the end of your stay, we take care of the check-out, transport to the airport. Your tenants leave happy and you have made a return on your investment.

No clients? We maintain the garden and the swimming pool. The cleaning is done before any arrival.
